(Feb 21) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA stated that the FCC’s rules on digital discrimination with respect to broadband access should take into account that disparate levels of broadband deployment reflect costs and legitimate business decisions. NTCA also advocated for a safe harbor for NTCA members and similarly situated companies (covering ILEC and CLEC operations).
