(Apr 12) In comments filed with the U.S. Treasury, NTCA recommended four clarifications to the proposed Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) and Capital Projects Fund (CPF) broadband guidance to clarify how certain rules apply within its programs and to help promote the more efficient and effective deployment of broadband networks.
