(Aug 1) In reply comments filed with the FCC, NTCA reiterated the need for several reforms to the ACAM, CAF-BLS and HCLS program that the FCC should take now rather than waiting for other grant programs to distribute funds. The filing includes five steps NTCA suggests the FCC should take as soon as possible to enhance and update these essential high-cost USF mechanisms.
