On April 1, 2019, NTCA filed comments to the Farm Service Agency on Spectrum Requirements for Commercial Agriculture, Forestry, Mining and Rural Manufacturing. NTCA submits that access to spectrum is critical to support industrial and agricultural undertakings and contends that broadband supports the economic viability of rural America.
