(May 16) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA welcomed the focus in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) on ensuring access to broadband throughout the Nation. NTCA’s comments noted that certain of the outcomes envisioned by the IIJA align with Communications Act provisions with which NTCA members currently comply.
