(Jan 14) In reply comments filed with the FCC, NTCA encourages the Commission to keep the wireless resiliency cooperative framework (“Framework”) flexible and voluntary. This would allow the Framework carriers to allocate critical resources in response to disasters and emergencies. NTCA further noted that changes to the Framework would not benefit the public and would impose an unnecessary burden on providers.
