(May 15) In comments filed at the FCC, NTCA stated that the Affordable Connectivity Program data collection will impose costs on its members, even as the agency seems not to recognize that. The association noted that the failure to factor in these costs is part of an unfortunate pattern and urged the FCC to better calculate these costs as it creates future collections.
