NTCA Encourages FCC to Update Definition of “Library” in its Rules to Clarify Tribal Libraries' Eligibility for Universal Service Fund (USF) E-Rate Funding

(Nov 15) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA supported the proposal to update the definition of “library” in the agency's E-rate program rules. NTCA stated that the rule change as proposed by the FCC will ease Tribal libraries’ access to important E-Rate resources.
