(Aug 19) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA argued that a Midcontinent Petition for Declaratory Ruling filed regarding an interconnection dispute at the state level should be rejected. NTCA noted that the Petition is an attempt to preempt state authority to issue certificates of authority in a way that protects consumers.
