On October 31, 2018 NTCA filed a reply to the joint opposition of T-Mobile US, Inc. and Sprint Corporation to the petitions to deny the merger. NTCA highlighted the applicants offered an inadequate response regarding NTCA's concerns about negative impacts upon consumers in rural areas.
