(Mar 17) In reply comments in the FCC’s “Future of USF” proceeding, NTCA stated that many in the industry support the association’s proposals for a USF that enables construction of networks and for ongoing support to ensure services evolve over time. NTCA further pointed to other parties’ support for program coordination, as well as the strong record of support for immediate action to shore up the contribution mechanism.
