(June 8) In comments filed in the FCC’s mapping proceeding, NTCA asked the Commission to clarify the scope of the professional engineering certification rule applicable to the new Broadband Data Collection. NTCA proposed a method of striking a balance between ensuring accountability in providers’ mapping submissions and the reasonable flexibility they need to complete them, without excessive burden.
