On April 27, 2020, NTCA submits comments on the state of competition in the communications marketplace. NTCA urges the Commission to assess competition in the broadband Internet access marketplace through the lens of the complementary nature of fixed and mobile services and to carry that view through to any policies it enacts going forward in any proceedings.
