(Mar 31) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA asked for additional time for members to comply with the ACP program’s “non-usage” provisions. These require that providers track the broadband usage of ACP-enrolled subscribers that are not assessed any monthly charges after the application of the program subsidy to their bill – NTCA stated that smaller providers cannot comply with this rule by April 15 and asked the FCC to delay it and consider less burdensome alternatives.
