In comments filed on May 15, NTCA argued that “rules of the road” for IP interconnection is the most important step the FCC can take to promote rural carriers’ adoption of technology to combat robocallers. NTCA also advocated for implementation timelines for rural carriers’ adoption of this technology that account for the substantial costs involved.
