(Jan 10) In comments filed with FCC, NTCA supported the CTIA/CCA Petition seeking clarification of the resilient networks order. NTCA urged the FCC to consider the following: grant the CTIA/CCA Petition, provide small and rural facilities-based wireless carriers at least eighteen months to comply with new requirements and to publish a list of facilities-based wireless providers.
