(Aug 2) NTCA submitted comments in response to the Wireline Competition Bureau’s invitation to refresh the record on a petition for reconsideration filed by the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates (NASUCA). Citing NTCA’s previous comments and its own petition on the issue, NTCA supported NASUCA’s request that the Commission reconsider the phasing out of Lifeline support for voice-only fixed and mobile service.
