(Feb 4) In a joint filing with The Rural Wireless Association (RWA), NTCA supports the waiver requests of the FCC Form 5640 deadline by Advantage Cellular Systems, Inc. (ACS) and VTel Wireless (VTel). The Associations pointed to the fact that both ACS and VTel have demonstrated that if not for a malfunction of the Reimbursements Program’s filing system, they would have completed their respective filings on time and that allowing reimbursement would greatly serve public interest.
