NTCA Urges FCC to Find a Simple Method by Which Consumers Can Remedy Mistakenly Blocked Calls

(Feb 14) In reply comments in the FCC’s robocalls proceeding, NTCA stated that callers should be given a method to remedy calls mistakenly blocked because they are viewed as illegal or unwanted.   NTCA proposed process which the FCC could do so and find a method that is not burdensome for small companies wishing to engage in call blocking.
