(Apr 12) In a letter to NTIA, NTCA noted that the agency’s determination that fixed wireless service delivered via unlicensed spectrum does not fit within the definition of Reliable Broadband Service was correct. NTCA included a white paper showing that WISPA’s attempts to argue that such services are reliable suffered from flawed assumptions and critical weaknesses that ignore the realities of serving every customer in a rural area.
