Arlington, Va. (December 4, 2014)—NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association today announced a new partnership with the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) to produce the 2015 IP Possibilities Conference & Expo, April 14–16, 2015, in Denver, Colo., which will bring together innovators from leading rural service providers to exchange ideas and make connections as they transition to an all-IP network.

The partnership builds on the organizations’ shared commitment to bring their members opportunities to thrive in today’s IP-enabled world. Conference attendees will evaluate new technologies, identify lessons-learned from current IP deployments, collaborate with manufacturers and service providers on next generation solutions and network face-to-face with industry experts and fellow rural providers.

“We couldn’t be more excited to partner with NRTC to deliver this very timely opportunity for rural service providers to share ideas and collaborate on best practices as they navigate the ongoing IP transition,” said NTCA Chief Executive Officer Shirley Bloomfield. “NRTC has a long record of providing its rural telco and electric members with IP-enabled business solutions that help them stay on the cutting edge and we are thrilled to bring that expertise to the IP Possibilities program.”

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with NTCA on IP Possibilities,” said NRTC Chief Executive Officer Tim Bryan. “We’ve long-recognized this as the premier Internet-focused event for our members, which is a testament to NTCA’s leadership, vision and member focus. We look forward to working with NTCA staff to maximize the meeting’s value through collaboration.”
