Arlington, Va. (December 1, 2015)—The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) named the winners of its 2015 grants for efforts focused on telemedicine, distance education and economic development opportunities that benefit rural communities. The winning projects are endorsed by community-based telecommunications companies that are members of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association.
