NTCA Comments on Video Policy White Paper for House Energy and Commerce Committee #CommActUpdate

Arlington, Va. (January 23, 2015)—NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association today submitted comments to the House Energy and Commerce Committee regarding the committee’s “#CommActUpdate – White Paper 6: Regulation of the Market for Video Content and Distribution.” 

In its remarks, NTCA said the ability of providers to obtain video content at affordable rates and under reasonable terms and conditions will not only improve competition in the video services market but will also spur broadband investment and adoption in rural service areas.
