NTCA Board of Directors Appoints Dustin Durden to Benefits Program Trust Committee

Background: NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association’s benefits program is governed by trust committees appointed by its Board of Directors. Individuals serving on the trust committees are selected from among NTCA members who participate in the benefit plans. Committee members serve three-year terms and may be reappointed by the Board. 

Arlington, Va. (March 27, 2015)—NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association today issued the following statement from Chief Executive Officer Shirley Bloomfield: 

“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dustin Durden to the NTCA Retirement and Security Program/Savings Plan Trust Committee. Durden is the general manager and executive vice president of Pineland Telephone Cooperative in Metter, Georgia. He was selected from numerous applicants for this committee position. We are pleased to have his service and knowledge on this committee, which oversees NTCA’s retirement plans. The R&S Program and Savings Plan include more than $3.4 billion in assets under management and provide benefits to more than 36,100 active and retired participants.”
