PRESS INVITATION: NTCA Cybersecurity Summit to Draw Experts in Rural Telecom Threat Assessment, Mitigation Strategies

Arlington, Va. (October 12, 2016)—More than 150 rural telecom industry stakeholders will convene next week for the first NTCA Cybersecurity Summit, October 16-18, in Arlington, Va., to discuss cyber threats and mitigation strategies for small, community-based broadband providers.

Speakers during the inaugural event will include experts from the FCC, FTC, Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Chamber of Commerce, as well as representatives of cyber risk management firms and community-based broadband providers in NTCA’s membership.

 

The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport, 2799 Jefferson Davis Highway, in Arlington, Va., and members of the press are invited to attend. The full event agenda is available online.
