GHP Wellness Connections, a workplace wellness plan, is available to NTCA members enrolled in a GHP medical plan. The wellness plan is designed to promote health and well-being awareness through rewardable, healthy, habit-forming actions. GHP partners with OptumHealth to offer Rally Health, an online portal which provides a fun and easy way for participants to engage with their health. To remain flexible and responsive to members and participants during these extraordinary times, the GHP Trust Committee recently approved several convenient alternatives to the in-person biometric screening requirements in 2020. GHP Wellness Connections also collaborated with the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) in promotion of the 5K Rural Run ─a “win-win” for employees, members and our industry.
