Speaker - Colin Connor

Colin Connor is responsible for threat intelligence and cyber forensics disciplines protecting AT&T infrastructure, AT&T services, and employees from cyber-threats. His areas of focus include advanced threats and activities related to threat actors. Connor and his team utilize intelligence, security analysis, and computer forensics to prepare and respond to various cyber-threats. The team also regularly contributes to a number of threat sharing organizations and AT&T Tech Channel’s weekly AT&T ThreatTraq security webcast.

Connor’s previous focus was in security incident response and analysis. He led a team to reduce security risk by decreasing incidents and minimizing time compromised systems were in the environment. His professional work experience spans almost 20 years in many disciplines including security analysis/response, security engineering, and network architecture design. He earned a BA in computer science and biology from DePauw University.
