How to Get Ready for Marketing + Sales Conference Online

1. Prepare before Marketing + Sales begins on Tuesday, May 11.
- Plan to access the conference platform through either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Make sure Zoom capabilities are enabled and up to date on the device you are using to enjoy the conference. For more information, visit Zoom’s website.
- Preview the platform on Tuesday, May 11 so you can get comfortable and acclimated before the start of the live content.

2. Watch your inbox Tuesday, May 11, for a personalized email from the M+S Conference Online team that will contain a unique code to access the event.
If you do not receive an email from NTCA Marketing + Sales Online ([email protected]) before the start of the conference, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

3. Log in beginning Tuesday, May 11.
- Once you are logged in, start by watching the orientation video on the “Homepage” to learn more about the platform and the opportunities to learn and engage.
- Create your attendee profile by visiting “My Account” then “My Profile” on the site navigation bar along the top right of your screen.
- This will allow you to interact, message, and network with other attendees, NTCA staff and the industry’s leading solutions providers.
- Visit the Agenda page to preview the schedule for sessions and discussion and the Solutions eXchange LIVE.
- Add sessions to your desktop calendar by using the “Other Calendars” feature.
- Click on “Agenda.”
- Choose the session you want to add to your desktop calendar.
- Click on “Add to Calendar.”
- Choose “Other Calendars.”
- You will now get a downloaded file to add this session to your desktop calendar.

4. Engage with your peers, Solutions eXchange vendors and NTCA staff.
- Stop by the "Hallway" (which can be accessed via “Agenda”) on Tuesday, May 11, 1-2 p.m. and 4-5 p.m. ET to say hello to NTCA staff before the Marketing eXcellence Awards Viewing Party.
- If you have any questions about the platform, this will be a great opportunity to ask for assistance.
- Tour the Solutions eXchange booths to learn about the latest products and services and leave a comment or meeting request for participating companies.
- Join solutions providers live on Zoom for Solutions eXchange LIVE on Wednesday, May 12, and Thursday May 13, 11 a.m.-Noon ET to connect face-to-face with leading industry professionals.
- Schedule one-to-one meetings to catch up via video chat with your network of colleagues you see every year on-site.
