Registration Information
All conference attendees must register to attend virtual conference events. Registered attendees will be sent an email with log in information to participate in the events 2–3 days before the event.
To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
*To attend the preconference workshop, you must be registered for both the conference and preconference workshop.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Cancellations submitted by close of business on April 19, 2021 (the early bird deadline) will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between April 20 (the day after the early bird deadline) and close of business on May 9 (the day before the event) will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on May 10 (opening day of the virtual conference) and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
