On Tuesday, May 31, Jill Canfield, Vice President of Legal & Industry, Assistant General Counsel, NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association, met with Margaret Dailey and Erin Boone from the Federal Communications Commission’s Enforcement Bureau and Adam Copeland and David Brody from the Wireline Competition Bureau to discuss continuing rural call completion problems.
