(Feb 6) NTCA and several interests representing the RLEC industry offered an alternative proposal in the FCC’s NG911 proceeding that would avoid the imposition of new costs on small rural carriers. The group filing pointed to the many legal and factual deficiencies in the FCC’s current proposal.
