(Mar 22) NTCA joined association colleagues to urge the FCC to clarify or reconsider new broadband label rules that could require ISPs to create distinct labels for each jurisdiction in which a varying state or local government fee might be charged. The parties instead suggested the ISPs provide a general explanatory statement that government fees may apply.
