(February 26) NTCA and other industry partners encouraged the FCC to start from Version 3 of the National Broadband Map and the June 30, 2023, broadband availability data, with limited modifications, to determine Enhanced A-CAM deployment obligations and support levels. This, the groups argued, would allow the time needed to get the best possible lay of the land with respect to broadband availability as of the date of the offers rather than a more-rushed deadline.
