(Jun 13) In a meeting with staff to Commissioner Carr, NTCA continued advocacy for updates of CAF-BLS and HCLS Mechanism by walking through its updated proposals for reform. The updated proposals provide targeted adjustments that would promote higher speed service, offer complement to comparable proposals, and provide greater predictability and budgetary certainty.
