(Mar 20) In a meeting with staff to Chairwoman Rosenworcel, NTCA expressed concerns about substantial cuts in CAF-BLS and HCLS for several hundred small rural providers if the BCM were implemented for 2023-2024 support period. NTCA renewed its call for the FCC to adopt the proposal for updates to ACAM, CAF-BLS and HCLS mechanisms.
