(Dec 6) In a meeting with staff to Commissioner Carr, NTCA discussed two aspects of the Data Breach Requirements Order which are the proposed definition of harm and including PII in the scope of breech notifications. NTCA addressed the concerns and challenges surrounding both topics and provided the FCC with possible solutions for consideration.
