(February 9) In a meeting with staff from the FCC Wireline Competition Bureau, NTCA discussed potential resolutions of outstanding location and broadband coverage issues under the Enhanced Alternative Connect America Cost Model (A-CAM) program. NTCA discussed how providers could establish broadband availability, or a lack thereof, as it existed as of the date specified in the order, as well as noted that its request for potential relief from certain Enhanced A-CAM commitments could become even more important if imprecise data exists.
