(Oct 5) In a meeting with staff to Commissioner Starks, NTCA urged FCC to recognize and seek input on the multi-sided nature of the Internet ecosystem. NTCA also encouraged the FCC to use open-ended questions to develop a meaningful and balanced record regarding the potential benefits and costs.
