(Nov 21) In a meeting with staff to Chairwoman Rosenworcel, NTCA urged consideration and adoption of additional details put forth in the proposals for updating A-CAM and CAF-BLS. NTCA also encouraged FCC to sustain the universal service contribution mechanism and expressed interest in promoting greater participation in the ACP by providers and consumers.
