(Dec. 21) In a meeting with staff to Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel, NTCA reiterated the need for the FCC to waive aspects of the USF Performance Testing rules and extend the 6-month relief granted by its own motion in December 2020. NTCA explained that supply chain disruptions persist throughout the telecommunications industry and therefore impede NTCA members’ in obtaining equipment necessary to comply with Commission regulations.
