(Dec 4) In a letter to the OMB, NTCA supported OMB’s effort to update the Uniform Guidance. NTCA encouraged the OMB to provide greater clarity in some parts and a wider scope in others to help to help ensure the changes have as much impact as the original Uniform Guidance.
