(Sept 21) NTCA filed comments with the Department of Commerce that were generally supportive of the agency’s proposed Build America, Buy America Act waivers for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment program, but also offered suggestions to further improve the scope of work and process for providers. NTCA recommended extending the term of waiver and asked the agency to consider waiving future materials in the event that manufacturers cannot meet demand.
