(March 13) In comments filed with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), NTCA expressed concerns about potential obstacles in the proposed revisions to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA). NTCA further requested that OMB ensure BABAA does not become an obstacle to the fulfillment of rapid broadband deployment.
