(Oct 27) In a petition filed with the FCC, NTCA requested a waiver for relief and avoidance of unnecessary administrative costs and/or penalties that may accrue from certain ministerial errors commonly occasioned during the filing of broadband deployment data in the High-Cost Universal Broadband portal (HUBB). NTCA recommended the waiver is appropriate when locations are uploaded in to the HUBB in a timely manner and show completion of required milestones.
