NTCA Files Proposals for a More Effective Challenge Process for the National Broadband Map

(February 20) In comments with the FCC, NTCA offered up several proposals to improve the process by which providers can challenge other operators’ coverage claims on the National Broadband Map. NTCA in particular highlighted how the current challenge process does not allow for rooting out fixed wireless providers’ inability to truly serve areas they claim and at claimed service quality/speed metrics.
