(Mar 16) In joint comments filed with the FCC, NTCA urged the FCC to implement the label requirements it previously adopted. NTCA highlighted how changes to the label requirements would create hardships for large and small providers alike and wouldn’t allow for sufficient time to implement and assess the adequacy of the label rules adopted the end of 2022.
