(Nov 8) In a meeting with staff to FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel, NTCA proposed a limited modification to the commission’s SIM Swapping and Port-Out Fraud report and order to ensure its rules do not hamper small providers’ abilities to perform essential and legitimate business functions in serving consumers.
