(Oct. 23) In comments filed with the FCC pertaining to the FCC’s 5G Fund for Rural America, NTCA recommended the FCC require 35/3 Mbps speeds to be delivered and clearly establish eligible areas prior to commencing the 5G Fund reverse auction. NTCA also urged the FCC to continue to offer existing support through a cost model and to allow providers to file updated cybersecurity and supply chain risk management plans simultaneous with their annual FCC Form 481.
