(Oct 2) In reply comments filed with the FCC, NTCA noted that the agency has support for deferring significant structural updates to the CAF-BLS/HCLS support mechanisms. A number of parties joined NTCA in asking the FCC to evaluate the impacts of recently enacted changes and to coordinate next steps with other programs before taking further action.
