NTCA Requests FCC to Waive Limited Aspects of Requirements Relating to Performance Measurement Testing and Requests the Extension of Relief Granted by its Own Motion

(Dec 3) In a petition for waiver filed with the FCC, NTCA requests the commission to waive aspects of the requirements relating to Performance Testing as well extend the 6-month relief granted by its own motion in December 2020. The petition filed is in response to the supply chain disruptions that continue to impact the ability of providers to obtain necessary equipment.
